Diy french tip manicure

If your like me and suck at painting nails you might find this post useful. I personally would probably die if my life were depending on nail painting. But I find this tip to do a French mani helpful; use a bandaid!!! Just paint you nail the color you would like and let it dry. Then place the bandaid end on your nail covering what you don't want painted and paint the uncovered nail tip whatever other color you want and remove bandaid when dry. Its really that simple! Hope you guys enjoy this useful tip as much as I have :)

Candy cane heart suckers

I made these candy cane heart suckers last night and they turned out pretty good. The only this I would suggest is just placing the candy canes in a heart in the oven with no stick then putting the stick on it before it cools after being taken out. I didn't take a photo but that's what I ended up doing after the first couple of batches because they were turning out funky. just place the candy canes in a heart and put them in the oven at 300 degrees and watch them for about three to five minutes until they start to melt, then take them out and place the stick in them. Then melt some white chocolate or almond bark and I put in the center of the hearts with some sprinkles and wait for them to cool. Hope you all enjoy!

Toddler Christmas List Activity

Since Aubree is still too young to write out her own christmas list this is hers. We cut out photos of toys from toy catalogs and put them in a pile and let her choose the ones she liked and glue them in a collage. She loved doing this and we now have a cute collage to keep forever!

What Christmas activities have you done with your kids?
